Good people that do good things should be reward rather than people that do terrible things because if you reward the people that do good thing then they will want to keep doing just to get the reward or they want it to. While if you reward the people that do evil things rather than punish them then they will keep doing evil thing and not learning the the lesson of not doing bad things. If they have learn that it bad to do stuff like stealing or destroying property then they will never stop doing it. People should still be good even if they are punish because if they do bad things, it won’t help them at all and it might make the punishment worse. They could ask why they are being punish and if it was wrong to be punish, then explain why. The God want to make Job a example of how good people could be punish and that people that work hard don’t always get what the want like reward. The God also give everything back to Job at the end but didn’t give back his kids rather the God give Job new kids.
